Summary
This article provides steps for installing GlobalProtect VPN on Mac computers.

(1) Navigate to https://vpn.uncfsu.edu.
|
 |
| (2) Click Download Mac 32/64 bit GlobalProtect agent and then save file to download the installer. |
 |
|
(4) Run the download.
- You will need your computer's admin username and password to install.
|
 |
|
(5) From the GlobalProtect Installer, click Continue.
|
 |
|
(6) On the destination select screen, select a install destination then click Continue.
- Click install to confirm that you want to install GlobalProtect.
- When prompted, enter your Username and Password, and then click install software to begin the installation.

| (7) When this security box appears, users MUST click the Open Security Preferences button. |
 |

(8) Click Allow button at the bottom of the Security & Privacy window to allow GlobalProtect.
- After installation is complete, close the installer.

(9) Enter vpn.uncfsu.edu into the Portal Address field and click Connect.
|
 |
|
(10) Once you are connected, the GlobalProtect icon in the menu bar will display a gray shield.
