- Program Overview: Teams Voice Text Messaging provides employees with important updates via text, including alerts, reminders, notifications, and other university-related communications.
- Message Frequency: Frequency will vary based on your role and notification preferences.
- Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Fayetteville State University. Participation is voluntary and not required for employment.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll.

- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Supported Carriers: Most major U.S. carriers support Teams Voice Text Messaging. However, delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier’s service.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: Fayetteville State University reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
