GlobalProtect VPN - How to Install Windows

(1) Navigate to https://vpn.uncfsu.edu.

• Log in using your Log FSU username and password.

(3) Click Download Windows 32 bit GlobalProtect agent or Download Windows 64 bit GlobalProtect agent.

• Click Run to run the file as soon as it is done downloading.

(3a) If you are not sure if you have Windows 32 or 64 bit, you can check by opening Computer Settings and navigating to System > About.

(4) When the file has downloaded, the GlobalProtect installer will run.

• Click Yes to allow the application to continue installing. 

• You may be prompted for your computer's admin username and password.

• Once installed, the GlobalProtect icon will appear in the notification area in the taskbar at the bottom right of your screen.

• Click the GlobalProtect icon to set up the VPN connection.
   

(5) Etner vpn.uncfsu.edu into the Portal Address field and click Connect.

• You will be prompted to sign in with your FSU username and password.

(6) Once you are connected, the GlobalProtect icon in the menu bar will display a gray shield.
