Overview

Departments opting for this choice are responsible for the associated costs and must select from a range of network printers that are pre-approved and standardized by ITS, ensuring compatibility and support.

Employees are encouraged to utilize the Print Quota System to optimize printing efficiencies. However, departments have the flexibility to equip employees with individual desktop printers if preferred.

Submit an ITS Print Services Request.
  • ITS is responsible for processing faculty/staff requests to for paper.
  • The SLA for paper delivery is 48 business hours.
