MFA - Set Up, Reset or Update Your Authentication Methods

Summary

This article provides steps on how to set up, reset or update your MFA sign-in methods.

(1) Log in to Microsoft 365

(2) View Account

From the bottom left of the page, click your Profile icon and choose View account.

(3) Manage access and security

 From the Manage access and security section of the page, choose, Change how you sign in

(4)  Security Info

(a) Add a sign-in method: Click +Add sigin-in method to add a new MFA sign-in method.

(b) Change or delete a sign-in method: Click Change or Delete to modify or remove an existing MFA sign-in method.

(c) Lost, Replaced and Stolen Devices: Use the Sign out everywhere to disable use of MFA on devices you no longer have access to.
