What is Respondus LockDown Browser?

LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks the testing environment within Canvas. Students are prevented from printing, taking screenshots, visiting other webpages, etc. while taking an assessment.

What is Respondus Monitor?

Respondus Monitor is an additional feature of LockDown Browser that uses a student's web cam to record their testing session, providing added security and ensuring academic integrity during online exams.
