This article outlines the retention policy for student and alumni email accounts.

Student Email
  • Students accounts are deleted 1 year after the student has dissociated from the University.
  • Students returning after 1 year are issued new accounts.
Alumni Email

Due to changes in cost and storage allocations, FSU has ended the creation and hosting of alumni accounts.

Guidance

Before or soon after graduation, export items stored in any FSU system to a personal account or device.

Office 365 is our productivity platform that includes access to the Microsoft Office apps, tools and services. Directory updates are also managed by our E-mail & Office 365 group.
