Things to Know
- E-mail Forwarding: FSU email accounts cannot be auto-forwarded to external email addresses.
- Mailbox Size: Mailbox size includes all messages, attachments, and calendar items. When nearing the limit, users may receive warnings or experience delivery issues. To manage mailbox size, users must delete unnecessary messages, archive older emails, or use the archive mailbox for long-term storage.
Student & Employee Mailboxes
Active students and employees are provided with mailboxes for sending and receiving email. While students may use their university email for limited personal communication, employees are expected to use their university email exclusively for university-related business.
