Internal Communication services from the Office of Strategic Communication is a continuous collaboration with our various campus partners across the University to disseminate timely and relevant information. Through FSU News campus emails, The Bronco Bulletin and digital storytelling across our social media platforms, the OSC seeks to enhance the understanding of our 2022-2027 Strategic Plan and the university’s mission at large, while demonstrating that the work of faculty and staff is valued, student needs and concerns are heard, and shared, and that the campus is a lively and vibrant place for all to work, learn, grow and reach success.

FSU News Campus Email
Communications that inform and update students, faculty, staff with of priority information, or campus changes. These communications are vital to daily campus operation.
- Campus safety (Cleary, road, and parking lot closures), Facilities updates, ethics and compliance memos, faculty & staff updates (HR memos, shared leave opportunities), memoriam notices (current FSU student, faculty, or staff).
The Bronco Bulletin
Campus-digital information board that is updated and sent on Tuesday/Thursday to keep the internal campus informed of current or upcoming events, programs, and opportunities available on campus.
- For ease of access, Bulletin Section headers are linked directly to their direct web source when applicable. Bulletin sections are FSU News, university events, student events, student resources, athletics, faculty & staff resources.
Social Media
Official University digital storytelling platforms include Facebook, Instagram, X (twitter), and LinkedIn. Official post to these accounts is reserved for marketing campaigns and promotion of FSU News & press releases, and major events.
- Posting: Departments and organizations can request for us to reshare on the main platform by tagging FSU from the approved FSU account from your area.
- Account creation: All FSU affiliated social media accounts must adhere to the social media guidelines and be approved before being created to prevent page duplication and security issues.
