Photography services from the University’s photographer is a unique service reserved for the visual storytelling and aesthetic brand enhancement of key marketing campaigns of Fayetteville State University. Due to the limited availability of our photographer, The Office of Strategic Communication reserves the right to prioritize requests that are in alignment with our 2022-2027 Strategic Plan and the University’s mission at large.

Event Photography Prioritization
Photography services for events is based on availability and prioritized as follows.
- Priority 1: Chancellor’s Office, traditional or inaugural University events, ceremonies (HC, Open House, etc).
- Priority 2: Colleges and Departments
- Priority 3: Student clubs and organization event coverage (i.e. Big 10 and request from Student Engagement).
Headshots
Headshot Scheduling
Headshot must be scheduled 2nd or 4th Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm OR 2:00pm-4:00pm.
- Faculty/Staff
- Career Wall: Must be requested by Career Services.
