Overview
As part of enrolling or onboarding, users are required to register their accounts in the password portal and establish a profile by answering a set of security questions. Once completed, you can manage and reset your own password.
Things to Know
BroncoTechs can only reset passwords for users NOT registered to use the self-service password portal.

Access the self-service reset portal to manage and reset your password. If you have NOT registered to use the self-service password portal, submit a ticket to the Help Desk for assistance.

Passwords must be at least fifteen (15) characters in length. |

Passwords must contain at least three (3) of these four types of characters:
- Upper-case alpha characters [A-Z]
- Lower-case alpha characters [a-z]
- Numeric characters [0-9]
- Special characters [! @#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:";'<>?,./ ]
