Microsoft Teams

Step 1: Select your profile icon in the upper right corner of Teams.

Step 2: Select your name/email address on your profile card.

Step 3: On your profile card, select + Pronouns OR the current pronouns listed below your name.

Step 4: To add or change your pronouns, select from the examples or enter your own then select Save.

Outlook on the Web

Gotchas and Pitfalls

Pronouns cannot be added or changed using the My Account portal that is accessed from the top right of the page.

Step 1: From an existing email or the calendar, select your name or profile picture.

Step 2: Select + Pronouns OR the current pronouns listed below your name.

Step 3: To add or change your pronouns, select from the examples or enter your own then select Save.
