25Live is the University’s academic and event space scheduling system. It is used to create and maintain the schedule of classrooms for courses and spaces for campus events.

Technical Support Services
Login Issues - Attaching detailed screenshots can assist technicians with troubleshooting login issues.
Administrative Access - Building Managers, Service Providers and Requesters can request administrative level of access to support their role in event management.
Building Manager Changes - Building Manager changes must be performed by 25Live System Administrators.
New Spaces - The Space Planning Committee reviews each new request for the addition of new spaces. If approved, 25Live System Administrators will add the new space.
Updated Space Information - The Space Planning Committee also reviews each space update request. If approved, 25Live System Administrators will modify the space attributes.
25Live Requester Training - The training request will give a new or established user basic navigation on how to move through 25Live.
IT Services does not schedule classrooms or event spaces and cannot provide information on the status of reservation requests.
