Overview
Microsoft Teams Voice is our integrated solution for both phone and voicemail services, designed to streamline communication across the organization. It allows users to make and receive calls directly within Microsoft Teams, eliminating the need for traditional desk phones.
Making Calls
- Computer: Calls can be made from any standard issue laptop.
- Headsets: Departments can choose to purchase a pre-approved Teams Headsets to use with standard issue laptop or desktop for making calls.
- Teams Mobile App: The Teams Mobile app can be used to place and receive calls using your FSU phone number. Mobile app call activity syncs with the Teams desktop application. Call notifications can be silenced outside business hours.
Note: Carrier rates apply when not connected to a wireless network.
