How to Report Phishing Emails in Outlook

Summary

This article provides steps for reporting phishing emails in the Outlook desktop and webmail clients.

Outlook Desktop
(1) Open the message full screen.  
(2) Click the Report Message button (located above the Reply buttons). Screenshot: Option Desktop Phishing Button

(3) Choose the Phishing option.

Outlook Webmail
(1) Open the message full screen.  
  (2) From the ribbon, choose Report > Report this message as phishing. Screenshot: Webmail Report Phishing
