FSU uses a Print Quota System to efficiently manage printing resources and provide students an annual allotment of print credits. This system helps ITS budget effectively, ensuring the availability of ink and paper while enjoying cost savings.
Print credits are allocated on a per-academic-year basis, covering Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters.

Print credits are non-refundable and can be used as multifunctional printers around campus.
