A TMA work order is a maintenance or service request logged within WebTMA. It authorizes, tracks, and documents facility tasks—such as plumbing repairs, equipment maintenance, or routine cleaning—from the initial request to completion and cost logging.

A space change request is required to formalize changes to university spaces. official names, assigned department or the intended use of all spaces. This process supports record keeping and data management and aids in the proper space utilization and future planning.
